Great question! The Boonie isn’t adjustable around the crown, but it does feature a secure chin strap for windy days or active adventures. Based on customer feedback, it fits heads up to 7 3/4 in fitted hat sizing (approx. 62 cm).

One of our customers with a larger head size (7 3/4) noted a comfortable fit with room to breathe, thanks to the relaxed cotton build. In contrast, our founder’s dad—whose head is around 22.5 inches—had to cinch the chin strap a bit to keep it secure on windy golf cart rides. So unless your noggin is Sasquatch-sized, you’re likely good to go. 😉
